This is a newly created Berkshire based Compensations and Benefits Advisor within a market leading Mobile Telecommunications Organisation. The successful candidate will provide support to the Compensation & Benefits Director and will work withthe European Compensation & Benefits team on a range of reward projects and activities across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity, with some of the key job specifications including:
• Providing regular, accurate and informative reports on sensitive compensation and benefit related issues including the tracking of executive pay levels across the business.
• Providing support in managing the reward processes for international assignments; and liaising with external advisors on international assignment issues.
• Managing the compensation and benefits budget, instigating and keeping track of purchase orders , processing invoices, reporting any budget variances, supporting annual budget planning and resolving any supplier issues.
• Managing the procurement, supplier liaison, operation and communication of executive benefits (e.g. insurances, cars and financial planning)
• Providing support in managing executive pay and benefits, including liaison with payroll, the HR systems team, the UK's reward team and third party suppliers.
• Managing professional subscriptions - ensuring that they are made available to the team and filed appropriately.
• Providing information as and when required to the Corporate HR team

Who we're looking for
Person specification

• Analytical, with a good attention to detail and accuracy,
• Comfortable with managing and manipulating data in spreadsheets
• Discrete, handling confidential data
• Good organisational skills
• Compensation & Benefits desirable but not essential provided there is an appreciation of the issues and a willingness to learn.
• Good interpersonal skills, confident in dealing with a range of people internal and external to the organisation
• Proactive, able to take action without close supervision

• Well rounded education including maths GCSE (grade C+) or equivalent
• HR experience in a financial, professional services or blue chip environment
• External provider management
• Employee benefits knowledge
• Excellent Excel and Word ability
• Process development, maintenance and improvement
• Customer service, focus and ability
• Project management experience<BR>• Ability to build productive relationships (internally and externally) and communicate at all levels
• Self starter and able to manage own work
• Analytical, excellent attention to detail, accurate
• Results orientated

Desired
• Flexible benefits or payroll management background
• Call handling and logging management experience
