Our client, one of the leading Offshore law firms, is looking to expand their Head Office, located in the Caribbean. The firm specialises in providing a high-level of expertise in all areas of offshore corporate law, and boast their own separate team of Private Equity Lawyers. Working on this team, you will be responsible for all transactional areas around both the formation and set-up, as well as the buying side of funds. While the majority of client work focuses on the formation and structuring of funds, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of assignments. Alongside this, you will also need to take a leading position in overseeing and training junior members of staff.
Who we're looking for
• Candidates MUST hold a legal qualification from a Common-Law jurisdiction.
• You should have a strong academic track-record.
• You must have prior experience of Private Equity/Funds Law.
