Our client is looking for mid-level Trust professionals to join their Bermuda office following a recent surge in work. As a Trusts Lawyer, you will be advising companies and individuals on all aspects of the technicalities surrounding international and Bermudian trusts law.
You will advise on general issues of trust administration, including the creation, variation and termination of trusts; change of domicile; and trustee duties. For individuals, you will be advising on international estate planning needs, and with companies you will advise on the formation of trusts. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a successful team and gain some excellent technical experience. You should be prepared to work on a wide-ranging caseload from Private Client trusts to Corporate trusts.
Who we're looking for
• Successful candidates must hold a legal qualification from a Common Law jurisdiction.
• STEP qualification is highly desirable.
• You should have a strong track-record in Trusts/Private Client law.
