This is a newly created Promotions Manager role to make a difference in a number of areas through effective sales promotion and partnership campaigns, to encompass:
• The creation, development and implementation of a full calendar of partnerships, sampling and sponsorship activity
• Identify, evaluate and target third party brands on a contra basis to achieve our brand and revenue objectives
• Develop promotional concepts that creatively engage our target consumers through the most appropriate channels
• Working closely with the marketing team, internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure smooth running of campaigns.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record in sales promotion/partnership marketing from either Agency or Client side.
You will require strong organisation and negotiation skills coupled with a working knowledge of legal and contract elements to partnership marketing.
You will enjoy being a team player and developing strong relationships with Resorts and working closely with the wider marketing team.
Experience of new business development is a must.
