This firm, recognised internationally as having one of the leading Corporate & Commercial practices in the jurisdictions, is now looking to expand the practice to meet their recent surge in work by recruiting Corporate/Commercial lawyers. Bermuda has risen in prominence in recent years as a premier insurance and financial centre. Working in the practice, your work will focus largely on multijurisdictional commercial and financial transactions, advising companies on their formation to their dissolution.
Who we're looking for
• Successful candidates must be qualified in a Common-Law jurisdiction such as the UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand.
• You should have a strong track-record in corporate/commercial law to date.
• Candidates with previous offshore experience are especially invited to apply.
