The purpose of the HR Manager will be to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource department whilst driving improvements for the future and provide generalist HR support with a focus on resourcing, succession planning, training/development and performance management in line with the business HR plan.
Key accountabilities will be:
•To confidently advise on all ER issues and be actively involved in managing the processes from start to finish
• Support and be involved in redundancy programmes, which may include early retirement packages and voluntary redundancy schemes
• Proactively manage employee orientation, development, and training
• Identify and develop talent throughout the Head office operation
• Supporting the succession and manpower planning process through recruitment
• Responsible for screening cv's and short listing of applicants, and conducting first stage interviews
• To work in conjunction with the Reward Team, identifying opportunities for improvements in compensation and benefits

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have depth of HR experience with a strong track record in generalist HR and Resourcing. You will have the ability to build effective interpersonal relationships and demonstrate strong influencing skills. The HR Manager have to be a good communicator with a proactive and confident approach.
