Operating in cross-functional teams, it is the responsibility of the Commercial Business Analysts to act as 'business partners' delivering commercial insight, financial analysis,performance reporting and systems development that will maximise profitability, maintain industry leading customer service and ensuring effective risk management. The key areas that these roles will support:

• Brand Performance, Marketing and Strategy
• Customer Finance, Trade and Pricing
• Supply Chain
• Management Information and Reporting
• Systems Development

Who we're looking for
Unilever are looking for finalists and newly qualified accountants, CIMA and ACCA, who can provide the creativity and commitment to meet their ambitious goals. Technical excellence, understanding of systems and full appreciation of control mechanisms are essential, however Finance Business Partners must demonstrate:

• First class written and verbal communication skills in a cross-functional environment
• The ability to drive through change at all levels across all business functions
• Understanding of the importance of the customer and how a business should adapt to meet their demands
• Inspire and energise individuals to work as a team delivering common goals
• The desire to achieve the highest standards of professional excellence and integrity
