Following a recent surge in client work, this leading offshore firm is looking to expand at all levels of their Corporate Practice. Being an Asset Finance specialist, you will work in the Banking & Asset Finance team, which advises the world's leading banks, financial institutions and businesses and offers a wide range of services in relation to numerous forms of financing transactions. Working in the office in Grand Cayman, you will be involved in international work which includes some of the islands' biggest financial transactions. The practice itself focuses on three major areas: Banking; Ship & Aircraft Registration and Finance; and Asset Backed Finance. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a specialist offshore team while working on multijurisdictional work.
Who we're looking for
• Candidates must be Common-Law qualified with a strong background in Asset Finance and Corporate Law.
• You should be committed to relocating to the Cayman Islands.
