They are now looking to focus expansion on their Hong Kong practice, with a particular focus on their corporate transactional teams. Your work will focus on international financial and commercial transactions, advising companies from formation through to dissolution. The firm boasts a wide range of specialism areas, offering expertise to clients in banking, insurance, funds, shipping, aviation, telecommunications and technology industries. This offers any prospective employee excellent training in leading areas of corporate law, whilst allowing candidates to work in a breadth of areas which will allow you to gain a diverse experience of the offshore legal market.
Who we're looking for
• Candidates must be Common-Law qualified lawyers, with solid experience in corporate law gained from a top City or regional law firm.
• You should be committed to relocating and to assisting in developing the practice through the training of junior members of staff.
