In recent years the offshore funds market has grown dramatically, and this international firm is looking to expand their successful Corporate practice with Funds Lawyers at several levels. The firm itself focuses on three major areas: Investment Funds, Public Companies and Partnership, with the Investment Funds practice making up the primary focus of the firm. As you would be working for a multijurisdictional firm, you would be advising a wide portfolio of local and international clients, advising on a range of services in relation to hedge funds, mutual funds, other collective investment schemes and a wide range of financial products.
Who we're looking for
• Successful candidates must be qualified from a Common-Law jurisdiction.
• You should have a strong record of working within Funds law, preferably in either the offshore legal sector, or in a highly-ranked Private Practice.
• You should be committed to relocating to the Caribbean, and to helping with the growth of the firm by assisting in the training and development of junior members of staff.
