Our client is looking to rapidly expand their Corporate practice in, situated in Jersey, with Corporate Lawyers. Your work will focus on commercial and financial transactions, advising on multijurisdictional legal issues, from company formation through to dissolution. While advising on general corporate matters, the firm also works on a range of specialised areas including: Insurance, Mutual Funds, Partnership, Financing, Securities, Telecommunications, Banking and Shipping. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to specialise in any of these areas whilst also working on more general work.
Who we're looking for
• Successful candidates must be qualified through a Common-Law jurisdiction.
• You should have prior experience in corporate and commercial law; experience of any of the firm's specialisations is particularly advantageous.
• Candidates should be committed to relocating and working in Jersey.
