This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong HR Professional to join a successful Manufacturing / Engineering business in a stand alone HR Manager role. As a market leader in their sector, this business is expanding rapidly due to their continued success, as such the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop accordingly with the business. The successful candidate will be be based in Staffordshire, with travel to several additional sites, and will report directly into the Managing Director.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will ideally be immediately available and CIPD qualified. They will have strong generalist experience, gained ideally from within a similar industry, and enjoy working within a fast paced environment. They will have experience working with unions, and experience of establishing and overseeing training and development programmes. They will have excellent communication and influencing skills along with a commercial approach.
