You will join a well regarded Personal Injury Practice in the Thames Valley where you will deal with a caseload of 70-80 claims including:
• Fatal accidents
• Amputation cases
• Brain Injury
• Spinal Injuries
• Chronic pain
• Fibromyalgia
• Psychiatric injury
• Disease
The department consists of highly qualified Claimant and Defendant lawyers, providing an outstanding strength and depth of knowledge in high value and complex catastrophic injury claims. The size and structure of the department affords excellent career prospects.
Who we're looking for
Experienced Personal Injury solicitor with:
• Detailed technical knowledge of complex personal injury claims.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience of dealing with court issued files.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience of working with a case management system.
The ideal candidate should have a substantial grounding in high value and complex personal injury litigation.
