Reporting into the General Manager this Head of Operations position will be integral to the success of the UK business and has multi faceted responsibilities that include:
Production, IT, logistics, purchasing, quality, chemistry and preventative maintenance programmes
Management and motivation of the 30 shop floor staff, especially during peak trading periods of high volume
Experience of profit and loss responsibility
Who we're looking for
Candidates will have some appreciation of IT systems that co-ordinate with retail partners and ideally speak level entry German. As a proven leader you will have worked in a printing, photo finishing or just-in-time environment and have been instrumental in the process of managing change and continuous improvement of manufacturing.
