As an integral part of the organisation, The Reward Information Services (RIS) practice, operating globally, assists organisations by untangling complex compensation information, helping them to make pay decisions that support their business objectives and goals.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Actively demonstrating reward information expertise to assigned and target accounts, working closely with clients on their remuneration information requirements and aligning these with business strategy
• Maintaining and increasing revenues from the client base through a portfolio of RIS product and service offerings.
• Continuously improving the quality of the RIS UK's database in line with agreed requirements.
• Project management of large scale projects to ensure high quality insightful work is produced consistently.
• Having an impact on the global Reward Information Services business through participating in the European regional and global reward projects, operations and planning processes.
• Providing effective guidance and mentoring to Reward Analysts.

Who we're looking for
Hay Groups seeks the best - people who are bright and inquisitive, who will act on their own initiative, and who enjoy the challenges that a client focussed organisation will produce.
You will have proven experience of managing multiple projects and the ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships. You will be a reward practitioner or HR practitioner with demonstrable reward exposure.
Other skills will include
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Numerate
• Analytical thinker
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external (client) relationships (...and use these to drive business/ respond to opportunities/solve problems etc)
• Commercial focus - understands impact of options on client business
