Our client is recruiting for an Area Recruitment Manager for the Midlands. The role would require the successful candidate to help with the sourcing and recruitment of Tenants and Licencees for its business. You would use a variety of methods to help to attract the bestlicenseesand create a strong talent pool
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will ideally be from the tenanted or managed public house trade. You will pull on your extensive contact network and industry knowledge to help to attract the best people. You will have a proven track record of delivering in a target driven environment whilst having the ability to influence across all levels

Our client is one of the largest tenanted public house businesses in the UK
What's on offer
Up to 44k basic salary and a bonus of up to 15k dependant on experience.
