About our client

NCH has grown and diversified over the recent past, trebling in size in ten years and is now one of the largest children's charities in the UK. Around 90% of their income is achieved through the provision of services won under competitive contract. Putting the child at the centre of all they do, NCH aims to combine a truly charitable ethos in the frontline services it provides with processes, systems and back office functions equivalent to an excellently run commercial business, thus maximising their ability to fund the work needed to improve the life chances of children and young people who face difficulties in their lives such as poverty, disability and abuse.

NCH aims to break the cycle of deprivation through the provision of nearly 500 projects across the UK. In the latest year, they helped over 178,000 children, young people and their families. NCH's business is a diverse and comprehensive one covering adoption, disability, supporting families, education, foster care, health and residential services.

This post offers the unique opportunity to be involved in an organisation that aims to empower children to overcome the obstacles in their lives that hold them back.
