My client is alarge financial services organisation based in North Tyneside. As part of a global organisation, there are excellent progression and developmentopportunities.
They are looking to recruit a FinancialController to support the finance function for a period of 6 months, with the potential of becoming permanent.

You will be responsible for:
• Proactively managing a team of 5 reconciliations assistants
• Liaising with other business units to drive reconciliation process improvements
• Analysing balances to aid balance sheet reporting
• Identification and implementation of efficiencies within the reconciliation process
• Using Reconciliation Tool for monthly and quarterly reporting to Corporate

Who we're looking for
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with team management experience. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to implement new processes in addition to driving process improvement and possess strong analytical skills.
