Working with some of the finest minds in the legal industry, you would find yourself representing major institutional lenders, investors and debtors.The firm's insolvency group handles all aspects of complex restructurings and contentious and non-contentious cross-border insolvencies.
Trust issues range from succession planning to structuring specialist trusts utilised in commercial transactions.Being part of a team of trust litigators,one would obtain exposure in the construction, rectification and variations of trust deeds; provide advice to trustees and beneficiaries in trust disputes; take part in asset fraud and tracing claims;as well as incontentious probate matters.
Who we're looking for
Candidates with very strong educational profile; and who have exposure in dealing with high profile insolvency and trust cases. Advocacy experience and higher rights of audience are essential.
Your experience is likely to have been gained in a leading offshore, international or top tier firm.
We seek candidates who have been qualified in England and Wales due to the jurisdictions legal system.
THIS ROLE IS BASED IN THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS - CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE.
