My client, a household FMCG is looking for a HR Controller, Rewards to work onsite in Uxbridge. The main purpose of this role is to manage delivery of some core areas of Compensation and Benefits across my clients total employee population within the UK such as salary planning and to input and deliver major change initiatives at a Pan European level. All areas of focus will require a high level of business awareness as they will encompass the entire UK population of 4,500 employees and the communication of outcomes either directly, to the various centres of expertise or via the Client Facing areas of HR.
Who we're looking for
Of degree calibre and ideally CIPD qualified you will be able to demonstrate the following:
• In depth analysis of complex data and evaluation of data in order to draw conclusion and make recommendations.
• Leading and developing a team
• Managing a diverse agenda with both medium and long term deadlines.
• Delivery of complex projects across a multi function business
• Evaluation and implementation of core C&B processes/methods such as Salary Planning, Job Evaluation and Variable Pay
• Influencing at all levels including senior management
• Communicate using the appropriate style and media at all levels across varying business functions
• Project and Stakeholder management across Pan European, multi function projects.
