You will be joining the team in which this role takes responsibility for performance management and commercial development of two substantial growth opportunities.
• Product Management - looking at the competitive position of existing products using knowledge of competitor activity and information.
• Product Development - as part of continuous review of existing product range, and to exploit opportunities to retain customers with special retention products ,take responsibility for initiation, delivery and performance of new products.
• Acquisition and retention performance- monitor product and segment performance, highlighting issues and opportunities.

Who we're looking for
• Retail Banking experience is ideal
• Strong numerical and analysis skills
• Ability to communicate effectively

• Product Development understanding
