Assistant Manager

You'll work closely with your restaurant's General Manager in making every single feature as good as it can be. This will include motivating your team to achieve higher standards, providing exceptional food and service and meeting ambitious targets. Indeed, you'll actively strive to exceed every single customer's expectation - so that they come back time and again.

Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for someone with lots of self-motivation, drive and ambition. Someone who can lead by example, inspire those around them and achieve outstanding results. Naturally focused on customer care and customer satisfaction, you'll get a real kick out of making every individual service as good as it can be. You will need to be a confident communicator who is able to build rapport with guests and the team. You will ideally have a management or supervisory background in the hospitality, retail or leisure industries.
