This impressive retail group is looking to appoint a skilled promotions manager to devise creative, point-of-sale and promotional materials to be used across their branches UK wide. You will create monthly, seasonal and ongoing promotional campaigns that drive sales, profit and maximise customer satisfaction. A CIM qualified marketer, you will have already proven yourself within retail marketing and will have excellent communication, budget and management skills. You will lead you team with enthusiasm, instilling the need for providing a commercial, customer-focused service within this fast paced and highly rewarding environment

Who we're looking for
• Experience of retail marketing environment
• Graduate calibre, CIM marketing qualification an advantage
• Experience of briefing external agencies & managing implementation of campaigns
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and influence at all levels across the business
• Proven track record of delivery and implementation
• Excellent commercial acumen
• Excellent analytical skills
• Attention to detail with ability to work in a pressurised environment
• Project management experience
• Team player able to work in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment
