This successful, well recognized organisation requires a Facilities Manager based in Manchester to provide Facilities Management over multiple retail and commercial sites, ensuring all sites are equally maintained to a high standard.
Reporting directly into the Facilities Operations Manager, the main focus of the job is reduction in costs, management of suppliers and compliance with all health and safety regulations. This is an Operational role with a strong customer focus, where professionalism is key.
Who we're looking for
Ideally to have Facilities Management experience.
Project Management skills.
Health & Safety. Preferably NEBOSH level.
BIFM associated.
Previous office experience.
Excellent client facing skills.
