The firm's insolvency group handles all aspects of complex restructurings and contentious and non-contentious cross-border insolvencies.
Trust issues range from succession planning to structuring specialist trusts utilised in commercial transactions.Exposure entailsthe construction, rectification and variations of trust deeds; providing advice to trustees and beneficiaries in trust disputes; take part in asset fraud and tracing claims;as well as incontentious probate matters.

LITIGATORS MUST BE ENGLAND AND WALES QUALIFIED IN ORDER TO PRACTICE LAW IN THE BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS.
