As finance manager you will be involved in all Indirect sales activities, ensuring that all decisions and actions taken are financially and commercially sound and in line with the company's objectives. Areas of involvement include, but are not limited to:
• Financial support for the P & L's
• Evaluation of bid responses for bespoke pricing bids
• Responsible for and managing all month end procedures
• Monthly issue of Deal Calculator
You will be responsible for providing financial and pricing support to the P & L's, and the businesses Indirect Sales channel, including:
• Ownership of all regional sales prospects, requiring effective prioritisation of pricing requests and demanding deadlines to grow market share and revenue.
• Evaluation of bid responses for complex bespoke pricing bids.
• Ownership of Customer benchmarking analysis by sourcing & validating relevant data in order to provide tariff recommendations.
• Analysing and reporting Customer and Sates Team data to summary level for senior management decision making.
• Building wider business relationships, working with Finance, Care, Marketing and Sales teams to introduce improved policies to focus on delivery of sales targets.
Who we're looking for
Finalist or Qualified Accountant
Commercial awareness and a measure of business acumen necessary
Telecommunications experience is welcomed, but by no means essential
