The Role of Regional HR Manager is a generalist role requiring a real hands on professional HR Manager who will be involved in the full Operational HR remit. You will have proven skills in managing Employee Relations issues, managing absence, disciplinaries and grievances, performance management and succession planning. You will have worked in a changing environment that is fast paced and demanding. Experience of working with Sales teams in targeted KIP environments would be helpful. You will work with Senior Managers and the Recruitment Manager on recruitment and retention projects and have the flexibility to work with professionals at all levels. The role is based at the Head Office in Middlesex but regular travel will be required to sites across the South West including Plymouth, Wales, Bristol and the Thames Valley.
Who we're looking for
The role of Regional HR Manager is a demanding role with lots of variety in a changing environment. You will need to be adaptable and highly organised with strong relationship building and influencing skills. You will ideally have worked in a multi-site/regional role in a targeted environment. You will be resilient , flexible and focussed with a target for consistency in results. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified but this is not essential.
