The role within this prestigious international firm would entail advising on hedge fund, private equity, and distressed funds issues.
More specifically,you would advise on legal structure, establishment, and other hedge fund formation issues, as well as on a wide variety of investment strategies. Opinions would also be provided to private equity and distressed funds.
Who we're looking for
• Outstanding educational background and qualifications
•Strong technical background of funds work with a top-tier City or regional firm
• You must be willing to relocate as this role is based inthe Cayman Islands
• ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO BE COMMON LAW QUALIFIED
