Due to new contracts in place, an exciting opportunity has become available for 2 Regional Operations Manager to be based in the North. The successful candidates will be responsible for a multi million pound account with a leading technology services company that operates globally with revenue of over £100 billion last year.
The role will involve interfacing on a daily basis, managing a multi-skilled team responsible for all hard and soft facilities management services as well as responsibility for all emergency and contingency planning. The candidates will attend meetings with the client, preparing the required reports and proposals ensuring all concerns are dealt with and guaranteeing effective delivery of all services.
Who we're looking for
• Hard & soft Facilities Management experience. (Ideally Total FM).
• Operations Management experience (account FM delivery environment).
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is required (preferably to IOSH level).
• Experience in developing and leading team.
• Excellent client facing skills.
• Track record of process improvement.
