Job Role
In order to develop the trade business, the ideal candidate will have to set up the sales structure and manage the retail business plan to reach company targets and objectives in the assigned area.
Reporting to the italian headquarter, he will have to:
- locate premises for the Company to operate;
- recruit and hire Company staff;
- create company policy for employees regarding all aspects of their employment;
- assume the overall general management of the Company;
- represent the Company in all respects, with sole authority to bind the Company;
- supervise the organization of all direct marketing and public relations in respect of the Company;
- negotiate and supervise all Company contracts with suppliers;
- obey all reasonable and lawful instructions and directions given to him by or under the authority of the Board;
- Act at all times in a civil manner and be punctual, sober, conscientious and loyal in carrying out his duties;
- Report his own wrongdoing and any wrongdoing or proposed wrongdoing of any other employee of the Company immediately;
- Generally, do all things possible to promote, develop and extend the business of the Company.
Who we're looking for
University degree from a leading university (preferably, business administration).
Experience including Retail /F&B, managing a sales activity start-up through a multi store organization, and in depth connections with the local social fabric and arab market.
Self-motivated, excellent team player and strong leadership. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Italian nationality or a deep italian tongue and culture knowledge are preferential condition.
