Following continued success, VPS, a leading property services company are looking to recruit a Business Systems Manager in Hertfordshire
The Business Systems Manager is a senior member of the Group IS function, tasked with translating complex business requirements into IT specifications.
You will be responsible for the groups core applications and the staff in this department.
The Business Systems Manager will be responsible for managing the development and deployment of systems and working with vendor partners to ensure delivery. You will be required to interface with operational business functions to discuss requirements and addressing project plans. There are a number of high profile projects that this role will be charged with successfully delivering.
The Business Systems Manager will report to the Group Head of IS.
The role is UK based, there will be some travel associated with the role. Please contact David Mann to discuss this in greater detail.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for strong communicators who can liaise with senior business colleagues to ensure maximum value is added from IS and their expectations are managed.
You will have a track record of full software delivery life-cycle, incorporating Business Analysis, Systems Analysis and Project Management.

You will have demonstrable experience in the following:-

- Project Management and Delivery (a formal methodology is desirable)
- People Management (Coaching, Mentoring and Developing)
- Vendor/Relationship Management
- ERP Implementation
