The role is all about planning around customer retention for one of their key product categories, you will take responsibility for the strategic development and proposition for the Retention programme and how it is mapped over a 3 year period and going into the future.
You will manage and interrogate data from a variety of sources, work with internal partners and stakeholders to make recommendations that will deliver increased retention and sustained benefits in a constantly changing market.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate can come from any consumer facing retention background if you have the analytical and planning skills to deliver strong customer strategy and propositions.
You will also possess excellent internal stakeholder management skills managing strategies through other teams and also presenting up to Director level. Therefore excellent communications skills both written and verbal are a must!
