Reporting directly into the senior management team you will have accountability for managing the HR function, implementing policies & produces. In addition, you will also have accountability for recruitment and supporting senior stakeholders.
• Provide an effective and efficient recruitment service to all departments, as directed by the senior management.
• Support line managers in the provision of basic guidance and advice on a wide range of HR related issues to all areas of the business.
• Maintaining job descriptions and other HR related documentation.
• Collation and production of statistics and other relevant information as required.
• Support development of the organisation's HR policies and procedures
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will be a CIPD qualified HR professional. You will have experience of operating as a broad, business facing generalist with previous experience of conducting interviews essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are paramount and you will be expected to work on own initiative. This is an ideal opportunity to gain exposure within a highly commercial environment.
