Assistant Marketing Manager - Online Channel Development

To support development of Online and other new media channels for BGS acquisitions activity. Manage projects and business as usual development ensuring optimal return on investments and delivery of objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• To support development and manage multiple projects within the Online and other new media channels space
• To develop and manage a programme of business as usual activities within Online and other new media channels area
• Provide monitoring and reporting against objectives on all activity
• To design and implement 'test and learn' pilots designed to test new acquisition opportunities and inform broader decision making, e.g. pricing pilots
• To integrate BAU activity with a series of new online initiatives to ensure a seamless customer experience while ensuring best use of available resource

Business Awareness - understands the business and how to implement business initiatives to maximise our competitive advantage.

Planning - plans, prioritises schedules own work and that of others' to ensure timely completions.
Stakeholder management - both in the online and the marketing departments, including senior management levels (Marketing Director and Head of Online interaction)
Initiative - is a self-starter and takes action to achieve goals beyond what is necessarily called for.
