To develop and deliver an effective marketing plan across the firm to show positive results on a quarterly basis and to manage this within an agreed marketing budget

Who we're looking for
• Responsibility for the development and operation of the marketing function within the firm
• Liaise with all the partners to ensure their current activities and ideas are incorporated into one marketing plan
• Recommend marketing goals and objectives, write a marketing plan
• Create an environment facilitating the winning and retention of new business
• Raise profile of the firm in the northern M40 corridor region and attract new business enquiries above existing rates to be measured quarterly
• Development of the firms brand and ensure use as standard
• Representation on the firms behalf to clients, contacts, and multipliers at events and other meetings
• Responsibility for advertising, editorial, newsletters and other PR material being produced for clients and 3rd parties
• Management of internal and external marketing and promotional events
• Implement and monitor marketing plan and communicate to staff
• To draw up the marketing budget for approval and to manage this budget, monitored on a quarterly basis
• Manage daily marketing operations and provide specific technical expertise as appropriate
• Facilitate, develop and support marketing roles of other individuals and departments to assist active contribution to the development of the firm
• Recommend marketing and professional development opportunities for staff
• Develop and maintain the firms staff co
