As Estimating Surveyor you will be responsible for pre and post contract works on projects ranging in value from £500k to £2m+ in the Commercial office fit out sector. The projects will be mainly high spec for blue chip clients with a future order book for key accounts. You will be working closely with a team of 2 surveyors with the possibility of progressing to a Managing Estimator/Surveyor role. You will have complete responsibility and commercial control of the projects from pre and post contract stage.
Who we're looking for
The ideal Estimating Surveyor will have a background in estimating within the office fit out sector. Having worked on projects ranging in value up to £2m would be beneficial. You must also be able to;
• co-ordinate tender bid and pre- contract activities.
• handover and presentation of tender bid to construction team as well as dealing with post contract variations and final accounts.
• Preparation of sound and competitive net estimates.
The individual must understand the importance of service& delivery and client satisfaction, as this is held in very high regards by our client. An innovative thinker who thrives to find new concepts and the best way in which to deliver them.
