Finance Director

This senior leadership position will report to the Group CFO with a dotted line to the 4CX Managing Director. This newly created role will play a leading part in shaping and developing business strategy and delivering a first class accounting function whilst facilitating ambitious growth plans.

The Finance Director will take full ownership of the 4CX Finance Team (c.20 staff across two offices). Key responsibilities to include:


o Member of 4CX Management Board, supporting 4CX's MD and 4CX's Heads of Account Management, Business Development and Procurement
o Negotiating new client commercial terms and contract pricing
o Evaluating performance of business areas
o Integrating new geographies and businesses into 4CX
o Developing enhanced IT-enabled management reporting to provide better insight into profitability and working capital
o Leading business planning and monthly forecasting
o Ensuring tight financial controls are in place (eg completeness of invoicing, LCs, prepayments etc) consistent with a public company
o Establishing overseas entities, new company registrations and managing foreign subsidiary financial advisors.

Who we're looking for
You will be an ambitious, driven and confident Chartered Accountant with experience of working with and negotiating with major stakeholders in a fast-paced and ambitious business. In addition to a solid control and reporting skill set, you will be able to demonstrate your commercial influence and ability to solve complex problems with minimal support. As a member of the 4CX Management Board, you will need well developed negotiating and influencing skills and be a confident presenter. You will have experience of delivering value in a high-growth, international services business. Experience gained within the Retail/FMCG/Supply Chain sectors or a business with substantial pass-through costs will be extremely beneficial.

4CX is the largest division of 4C Associates, with sales of approx £60m p.a and close to 100 employees.
Due to the growth of the business, along with the strong prospects for continued expansion, backed by our parent company, this position is set to play a critical role in achieving growth targets.
Based in Kensington, West London.
