The main purpose of the job is to provide Learningand Development support to the Managers and other employees to increase their effectiveness in their roles.

The development interventions are delivered through various mediums including residential courses, head office and location based workshops and varies according to the needs to be addressed. The subjects covered compass their entire range of knowledge and skills, including coaching, feedback, business consultancy, running 1:1s and other soft skills.

Who we're looking for
To be considered for this opportunity you will possess:
• Substantial training design and delivery experience within a corporate / financial services.
• Direct experience of management and skills based training.
• A demonstrable track record relating to the full training cycle particularly within in design, development and delivery.
• Ability to conduct a TNA and subsequent proposal.
• Team leadership capability.
