This role requires a general Costs Negotiator with expertise in Recovery of Claimants' Costs or Part 20 Claimants' Costs on both litigated and non-litigated matters. This can involve Assessment Advice, Drafting Schedules of Costs Preparing court forms, Negotiation Drafting Replies, Preparing Bills of Costs Representation and Consideration and Drafting of Points of Dispute.

Who we're looking for
You will be a Costs Negotiator with a working knowledge of the points described in the role above. An ability to handle Bills Scheduling and Points of Dispute is essential for this role.
