As the Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing anintegrated marketing programs in support of marketing strategy and business goals. You will manage a focus area, as well as the financial and operational impact of the program(s). Accountable for integrating and understanding cross-functional team objectives and collaborating on execution with both internal and external constituents to launch and support marketing program(s) and results.

Who we're looking for
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate: -
• Delivering a variety of advertising formats (online, offline and outdoor) across an EMEA region
•Managing worldwide agencies
• The development and effective execution of marketing program/projects/initiatives that meet both marketing and business goals.
• Working with cross-functional/cross-organizational teams in order to effectively manage marketing initiatives and objectives.
• The support and implementation ofcreative processes and solutions for better business outcomes.
• Program measurement and analysis to be able to report on efficiencies, effectiveness and ROI.
• Developing proposed concepts and content for globally facing programs.
• Analysing and challenging current working methods to create improvements in processes and results.
• Working with senior management in initiating project related work that impacts functional operations.
• Managing vendor relationships in support of marketing program/project/initiatives.

A well known IT Software organisation based in Slough is recruiting a Marketing Communications Specialist for their EMEA team.
