This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global business as the UK HR Manager based from the head office in central Berkshire.

This is a unique opportunity to join a family owned business that has developed on a global scale over the past decade. This HR Manager role will report into the HR Director and become a integral pert of a small HR team. The key responsibility will be the HR management of the UK business which consists of around 250 employees. You will be accountable for recruitment & retention, training & development,employee relations along side other associated generalist HR activities.
This is a newly formed role due to corporate growth and the business is set to continue in the same fashion which will provide excellent development potential on an international scale.
This position will be responsible for building relationships at all levels to include blue and white collar staff within the UK multi site network. The role will require travel within the UK and internationally from time to time.
Many of the existing HR frameworks are in place, however due to the creative and entrepreneurial nature of the business you will be expected to support the HR Director in key projects globally. These will include initiatives such as talent management and organisational change programmes to support the company's business objectives and strategic plans.

Who we're looking for
To become the successful HR Manger you will be able to clearly demonstrate the following criteria:
• Ideally you will have prior exposure to generalist HR Management within a manufacturing or operational environment.
• You will have previously worked in a multi-site environment with remote teams.
• The ability to demonstrate a strong HR generalist skill set.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills using a variety of mediums at all levels within the business.
• The ability to work autonomously and the resilience to be effective and support the business.
•CIPD qualified or working towards.
• A proven track record of project based HR and best practise knowledge in areas such as employment law.
