You will join one of Berkshire's and indeed one of the country's most highly rated personal injury departments.
Asthe firm's onlycosts draftsman you will be required to work with a busy personal injury team to ensure all matters relating to the costs of the claims are settled in the most efficient matter. Failing this you will be required to deal with the draftingof bills, drafting of points of dispute and negotiation.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a costs draftsman or negotiatorwith the following experience:
• Drafting bills of costs of all descriptions
• Drafting points of dispute / replies
• Managing own case load
• Negotiating settlement of costs claims
• You will preferably be a member of the Association of Law Cost Draftsmen.
