You will work in aDispute Resolution group's that's work covers a wide spectrum of litigation and contentious work.
This role will focus on construction related matters. In addition to providing direct advice on a variety of disputes, including contractual, financial and other commercial claims you will alsoprovide specialist cross - disciplinary support to other parts of the firm.
This is a great opportunity to build up a strong specialist construction team to complement the Group's other specialist teams (IT and Property Litigation).
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a qualified solicitor that is able to work withoutsupervision on matters relating to construction litigation.
The following candidate attributes are highlighted by our client:
• Experience with construction litigation work is essential.
• Experience with non-contentious construction matters is highly desirable.
• A following is essential.
• The ideal candidate must be eager to build a team and develop this practice area.
• Experience managing junior members of a practice group
• An ability and willingness to market is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An ability to work effectively as part of a team
