Working in Walsall with two major affinity-partner accounts, the Sales Delivery Manager will be responsible for working strategically and independently with senior decision-makers and helping them to achieve sales and improve processes throughout their call-centre and supporting functions.

• Call centre experience
• Experience working with Affinity partners
• Positive,strategic process-driven individuals
• Good motivational man-managers
