This is a great opportunity to build up a strong specialist IP Litigation team to complement the Group's other specialist teams (Construction and Property Litigation). The ideal candidate must be eager to build a team and develop this practice area.
The Dispute Resolution group's work covers a wide spectrum of litigation and contentious work. This role will focus on contentious IP related matters. In addition to providing direct advice on a variety of disputes, including contractual, financial and other commercial claims the group provides specialist cross - disciplinary support to other parts of the firm.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a candidate with the following:
• Experience with IP litigation work is essential.
• Experience managing junior members of practice group
• An ability and willingness to market is essential.
• Ability to work unsupervised
• A following is desirable.
