This is a 3 month locum assignment to start immediately handling a caseload of Commercial Property. However the ideal candidate will have experience in other areas of law within a local authority to provide extra support to the team.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running in handling Commercial Property matters. However they require a candidate with experience in Planning or Commercial Contracts and procurement as well as Commercial Property
