A market leading outdoor clothing company, Regatta has seen consistent growth over the last 25 years. A rapidly expanding family owned business, experiencing constant change, our client is looking for a highly motivated HR professional with a flexible approach. Effective HR management will be integral to delivering success through this period of rapid growth. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity, requiring comprehensive generalist HR experience, an understanding of change management and excellent communication skills to establish credibility and influence at all levels.
The key areas of focus for this role will be:
• Effectively build relationships throughout the business - supporting change and organic growth
• Succession Planning, Management Development & provision of training resources
• Establish robust recruitment processes - creating consistency in approach throughout the business to support future growth
• Internal communication strategy and employee engagement.
• Advising and supporting line managers in staff development & performance management
• Providing a highly responsive supportive and advisory HR function to all departments within the business

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
• Experience of an HR Management position - leading a team and influencing senior managers
• An understanding of an HR generalist role within a variety of business structures
• A proven track record of success within a fast paced and demanding environment
• A practical and pragmatic approach, with a strong commercial focus
• Full CIPD qualification
