As the Interim Resourcing Advisor you must be able to hit the ground running and support the team through the 5 month period. You will be responsible for taking briefs from line managers, carrying out competency based interviews and assisting with assessment centres. You must be able to liaise effectively with managers, building relationships both internally and externally with outside suppliers. You will work with a close team of Resourcing Advisors andResourcing Consultant.
Who we're looking for
The Interim Resourcing Advisor must possess the following skills
• Negotiation with external and internal contacts
• Knowledge of recruitment legislation
• Experience in handling assessment centres and competency based interviewing
• A pro-active and hardworking approach to work
• Friendly and approachable attitude
