The HR Co-ordinator will report the HR Manager and work very closely with the HR Officer. This is a varied role and responsibilities will include;
• Co-ordinating recruitment, including induction of new starters
• Co-ordinating performance review process
• Maintaining HR policies and procedures
• Identifying, and tracking training needs and development solutions
• Co-ordinating absence management
• Weekly/monthly reporting
Who we're looking for
The suitable candidate will be a team player with previous experience of working within a HR function. You will have a good understanding of HR practices, a good understanding of employment law. You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills and be confident in challenging managers.
The role is based in Rugby but may required occasional travel to other sites.
