This role is required to assist the department whilst they are looking to for a permanent hire. You will assist the Head of Reward with the design and delivery of reward strategies. In addition to the operational role you will support the development of the team.

Who we're looking for
The role would suit an interim specialist who has experience on reward, you will be required to hit the ground running and be available to start work either immediately or on a short notice period.
